AGG Names Four New Partners Across Key Practice Areas in 2026
Atlanta, January 6, 2026 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) is pleased to announce the promotion of four attorneys to partner, including Lauren W. Daniels, Erin E. Doyle, Charmaine Mech Aguirre, and Matthias “Matt” Ohm. This group of attorneys represents a broad cross-section of AGG’s national and international practice groups and industry teams.

Lauren Daniels
Lauren is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice and Economic Development & Public Finance team. She advises clients in public finance transactions, serving as issuer’s counsel, bond counsel, and company counsel across industries such as higher education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and local government. Lauren has also represented local issuers in connection with revenue bond and 501(c)(3) bond transactions. Lauren earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia.
Erin Doyle
Erin is a member of the firm’s Privacy & Cybersecurity practice. She focuses her practice on providing regulatory counseling with a concentration on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, advising clients of all sizes across industry sectors, such as fintech, e-commerce, retail, entertainment, life sciences, and healthcare. Erin is proficient in state, federal, and international data privacy frameworks such as the CCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and GDPR. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia.
Charmaine Mech Aguirre
Charmaine is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. She represents a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry, providing guidance on federal and state issues relating to compliance, reimbursement, the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, healthcare transactions, facility licensure, certificate of need, and Open Payments. She has counseled providers in regulatory compliance matters, government investigations, and self-disclosures including identifying, quantifying, and disclosing overpayments to state Medicaid agencies and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Charmaine also has experience representing multiple provider types, including hospice, home health, and laboratory services providers, in reimbursement appeals before the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other federal healthcare programs. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia.
Matt Ohm
Matt is a member of the firm’s Global Mobility practice. A dual German and U.S. lawyer, he advises U.S. and foreign-owned businesses and individuals investing and expanding operations in the U.S. He also supports his clients’ needs through U.S. visa processing for businesses and families. Additionally, Matt serves as the co-director of the American Council on Germany’s Atlanta Warburg Chapter and chairs the Atlanta Sister Cities Commission. Matt earned a U.S. Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, holds a law degree from the University of Trier in Germany, and completed his legal clerkship (juristisches Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
