AGG’s Newest Atlanta Partners’ Commentary Featured in Law360 Article

AGG’s new partners, Paula Nagarajan and Allison Raley were featured in a recent Law360 article focused on the firm’s growth in Atlanta. Paula is a partner in the Technology and Corporate & Finance practices and Allison is a partner and member of the firm’s Payments Systems & Fintech industry team.

In addition to bringing significant legal experience to their practices, Paula and Allison are a part of a group working to establish an affinity group focused on women in technology. Paula joins from a large AmLaw 100 firm, while Allison spent two years at bitcoin payment company BitPay as general counsel. Their combined experience positions them well to provide the firm’s clients with a full scope of tech-related counsel that is available at AGG.

Allison told Law360 she was drawn to AGG after spending two years as a client of the firm.

“During that time, I had the opportunity to really understand the skills and knowledge of the attorneys and their dedicated approach to client service,” Allison said. “I was incredibly impressed with their ability to distill complex legal topics into business-minded solutions, which is especially important in my area of law.”

Paula added that she decided to make the move based on AGG’s reputation in technology and venture capital areas, in addition to a great corporate culture and solid team.

“AGG has all the pieces to be a strong player in the tech and venture industry, which was very important to me,” Paula said. “On a personal level, everyone I met at AGG was down to earth and genuine, and the cherry on top was AGG’s entrepreneurial but supportive culture for attorneys to grow their practice.”
