Biography

Jonathan is Arnall Golden Gregory’s chairman and a partner in the Real Estate practice. Jonathan maintains a prolific practice counseling business and real estate clients as they make important financing, investment, acquisition, development, and operational decisions. He is a member of the Healthcare Real Estate, Housing, and Logistics & Transportation industry teams.

Clients select Jonathan for his expansive knowledge of joint ventures, asset purchases and sales, mergers, entity governance, commercial agreements, leases, workouts, capital restructurings, and numerous types of debt and equity financing.
