AGG Represents Accurate Fence in Sale to Fenceworks, LLC, a Gemspring Capital Portfolio Company

ATLANTA, January 30, 2026 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) represented Accurate Fence in its sale to Fenceworks, LLC, a leading fencing installer and distributor and portfolio company of Gemspring Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Accurate Fence provides permanent fencing solutions for homebuilders, developers, and commercial customers throughout metro Atlanta. This transaction allows Accurate Fence to continue delivering premium customer service while scaling its operations and resources with a broader platform.

AGG Corporate & Finance partner Joel N. Gossner led the firm’s work on the transaction, working closely with Corporate & Finance attorneys Tyler E. Stokes and Ryan P.
