Ryan P. Lynn

Ryan is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.

Prior to developing his legal practice, Ryan held various positions in accounting and finance with the second largest utility company in the U.S. and a premier CPA and business advisory firm. He now draws from this experience to assist his clients through corporate transactions. During his time at Georgia State University College of Law, he also served as a summer associate for AGG and as president of the university’s Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Passionate about helping his community, Ryan also volunteers for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
