Andrew D. Siegel is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate Practice and is actively involved in the firm’s Multifamily, Retail, Mixed-Use, Commercial Lending, Affordable Housing and Industrial/Warehouse Practice Teams. Mr. Siegel is also a past member of the State Bar of Georgia Section of Real Property Law, Legal Opinion Revision Committee of 2008–09.

Mr. Siegel focuses his practice on representing developers, owners, investors and lenders (conventional and mezzanine) in the structuring and closing of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of multifamily projects, retail shopping centers, regional malls, mixed-use projects, office buildings, raw land and hotels.  Additionally, Mr. Siegel represents developers and investors in the formation and structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies. He has extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of acquisition, loan, easement, mixed-use, syndication and leasing documentation for developers, owners, investors, lenders, purchasers and sellers.

Mr. Siegel has also served as national, outside real estate counsel for a Fortune 100 company since 2009 and continues to serve in such capacity for all acquisitions, developments, dispositions, leases and related real estate matters in connection therewith.

Mr. Siegel previously served on the 2009 Host Committee for the Camp Twin Lakes Camp Dance, and he enjoys playing guitar, attending live music events and reading.
