AGG Represents Astec Industries in $67.5 Million Acquisition of CWMF, LLC

ATLANTA, January 1, 2026 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) represented Astec Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTE), a leading manufacturer of specialized equipment for infrastructure development, in its $67.5 million acquisition of CWMF, LLC. The acquisition expands Astec’s Infrastructure Solutions segment.

AGG managing partner Sean P. Fogarty and Corporate & Finance co-chair Michael C. Thaler led the firm’s representation of Astec, supported by AGG Corporate & Finance attorneys Jordan M. Stout and Victor W. Andrade, as well as senior paralegal Rebecca Saferstein.
