Biography

Victor is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.

While earning his J.D. at Emory University School of Law, Victor served as a judicial intern for Judge Jeffery W. Cavender in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He was also a notes and comments editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and served as a summer associate at AGG. Actively engaged in his law school community, Victor was president of the Communications and Media Law Society and participated in the Latin American Law Students Association.

He also worked as an extern at the Federal Trade Commission and the Georgia State-wide Business Court.

Prior to attending law school, Victor earned his bachelor’s degree in law and public policy from Indiana University Bloomington, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Service Award. Outside of work, Victor enjoys practicing judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, writing novels, and advocating for immigration rights.
