Anuj Desai to Present on Creative Review at 2026 CPTCLA Fall Meeting

AGG Intellectual Property partner and head of Trademarks, Anuj Desai, will present “Creative Review” at the Carolina Patent, Trademark & Copyright Law Association (“CPTCLA”) Fall Meeting, taking place September 25-26, 2026, in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

Anuj will discuss a process for reviewing creative assets to identify and address intellectual property, regulatory, public relations, brand, and other concerns before materials are released.

For companies developing advertising, marketing, and branded content, a coordinated creative review process can help identify legal and business issues earlier and support more consistent brand protection.
