Trademark Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a junior associate with one to two years of trademark clearance and prosecution experience (domestic and global) in a law firm setting. This role will focus on U.S. and international trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and day-to-day brand counseling for clients ranging from emerging companies to multinational businesses. Successful candidates will possess strong academic credentials and communication and interpersonal skills.

This position is located in our Washington, D.C. office. AGG offers competitive compensation arrangements. Actual compensation offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to experience, training, and skill sets.
