Nina T. Dickerson

Nina is an associate in the Real Estate practice and a member of the Retail industry team.

Nina focuses her practice on general real estate law, including the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of shopping centers, malls, restaurants, mixed-use developments, and other commercial real estate.

Nina earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law and the Black Law Student Association.

She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and international business from the University of Georgia, where she minored in German and became proficient in the language. During her time in school, Nina gained hands-on experience through internships with law firms and nonprofit organizations, where she developed an early appreciation for how thoughtful legal guidance supports business success.

Nina is a member of the Gate City Bar Association. Outside of the firm, she enjoys attending sporting events, taking cycling classes, traveling, and cooking.
