Biography

Maggie is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group, a member of the Private Equity practice, and a member of the Economic Development & Public Finance industry team. Her practice focuses on representing private equity funds and private and public companies in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private offerings, and commercial transactions.

In addition to transactional matters, Maggie has experience counseling clients on corporate governance and operational matters, entity selection, and formation. She also has experience assisting clients in securing economic development tax incentives and grants from various state and local agencies.

Maggie graduated with honors from Tulane University School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor. She also graduated from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business, where she received a Master of Business Administration.
