Biography
Emily is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, and Trademarks practices.
She counsels clients on complex matters related to copyright and trademark licensing, intellectual property disputes, and prosecution and enforcement strategies.
Emily has extensive experience managing trademark portfolios for large media companies, advising them on filing strategies and responses to USPTO actions. She previously assisted with litigation before the Copyright Royalty Board as part of the Web VI proceeding to determine royalties for webcasters. Emily also has experience advising clients on regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission.
