Daniel Park

Daniel is an associate in the Commercial & Asset-Based Lending practice.

Daniel represents lenders and borrowers in connection with a range of debt financing transactions. Daniel also represents clients in an array of commercial real estate transactions.

While earning his J.D. from Cornell Law School, Daniel served as the notes editor for the Cornell International Law Journal.

Daniel is actively involved in supporting his community, having held various roles as a teacher and mentor to young students. Daniel also worked with the Metro Atlanta Food Initiative to provide food aid to local immigrant and low-income communities affected by food insecurity.
