AGG’s four new chief officer promotions in Atlanta were featured in a Law360 article published on April 6, 2026.
The elevations include:
- Lauren Brown – Chief Talent Officer
- Bob Greenage – Chief Human Resources Officer
- Dan Lehman – Chief Information Officer
- Jennifer Waite – Chief Knowledge & Innovation Officer
“Our new leadership structure highlights our commitment to the people who make our firm thrive,” AGG managing partner Sean Fogarty said.
The moves reflect the firm’s focus on artificial intelligence, next-generation knowledge systems, and a disciplined approach to lateral recruiting, integration, and long-term talent retention.
Lauren, who has been with AGG since 2022, told Law360, “This role is fundamentally about investing in our people, including how we recruit, support and empower lateral talent to succeed. We’re focused on creating meaningful connections across practices and ensuring our laterals are equipped to contribute to growth and innovation from day one. When we excel in that, we strengthen our culture, advance our strategic priorities and deliver superior results for our clients.”
Bob, who joined AGG in 2011, leads the firm’s HR strategy in areas such as engagement, the employee experience and internal structure and processes.
Dan joined the firm in 2017, and along with his new role will be continuing his work on cybersecurity and data response efforts.
“Advancing technology innovation, enhancing the end-user experience and maintaining the secure management of emerging technologies and AI are central to how we are building the firm’s technology ecosystem,” Dan said. “I look forward to continuing to lead initiatives that align our technology initiatives with strong cybersecurity and governance practices to ensure our systems are resilient, high-performing and trusted. This foundation supports the firm’s digital transformation and ongoing investment in secure, intelligent platforms.”
Jennifer’s role as chief knowledge & innovation officer will see her primarily focus on AI while adapting its usage for attorney efficiency.
“This appointment formalizes work we have already been doing to align knowledge management, AI and information governance with the firm’s business priorities,” Jennifer told Law360. “I see this role as a mandate to turn AI and data from ‘interesting tools’ into everyday infrastructure for how we practice law and run the firm. My focus is on building reliable systems, guardrails and workflows so our lawyers and business professionals can use technology with confidence and deliver better outcomes for clients.”
