AGG Represents Century Restaurants, Inc. in $77 Million Refinancing Transaction

ATLANTA, August 25, 2025 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) represented Century Restaurants, Inc., the largest franchisee of Jersey Mike’s Subs and a long-standing client of the firm, in the refinancing of all its outstanding credit facilities totaling $77 million.

AGG served as legal advisor and primary corporate counsel to Century Restaurants, Inc. in the transaction, which strengthens the company’s capital structure and supports its continued growth in the hospitality and restaurant sector.

The firm has represented Century Restaurants since its inception in 2018. AGG Corporate & Finance practice co-chair Sherman A. Cohen led the firm’s work on the matter. AGG Commercial & Asset-Based Lending partner Joseph E. Gotch Jr. and Corporate associate Jordan M. Stout were also key members of the team.
