Abe Schear Quoted in AJC Article on Pedestrian Bridge Connecting Beltline to Ansley Mall

AGG Real Estate partner Abe Schear was quoted in a November 3, 2022, article published by Atlanta Journal-Constitution discussing a pedestrian bridge that will connect the Beltline to Ansley Mall.

Selig Enterprises, owner of Ansley Mall, announced on November 2, 2022, it will construct a 105-foot bridge to create a new entrance to the Beltline Northeast Trail.

Abe said the bridge provides a much-needed entrance to an area of the Beltline that is currently tough to access. More connectivity will be a boon for the shopping center, Beltline, and residents who frequent the area, he added.

“It’s just another example of how the Beltline is integrating various neighborhoods and various businesses,” he said.
