Please join AGG’s Government Investigations team as they assess and analyze potential priorities in white-collar criminal enforcement in the Biden Administration. It is likely that the new administration will shift enforcement resources toward areas that were not as strongly emphasized in the Trump Administration.

The panel discussion will include areas of potential increased investigations such as environmental crimes, financial/securities fraud, consumer fraud, and False Claims Act cases, particularly in non-healthcare government contracting.
