Please join AGG Emerging Technology co-chairs Jackie Cooney and Allison Raley for a complimentary webinar exploring the dynamics of traditional streaming services and their pivotal role as intermediaries between creators and their audiences. Jackie and Allison will delve into diverse business and monetization models, alongside an analysis of the distribution channels facilitated by these services. Additionally, they will scrutinize intellectual property ownership, encompassing both conventional artists and creators, as well as non-traditional figures such as YouTube and social media influencers.

This webinar will also dissect the avenues available to creators for directly profiting from the exploitation of their works on ad-driven platforms, as well as through direct payment platforms. Lastly, the discourse will encompass an examination of prevailing legal challenges impacting the industry, including but not limited to issues such as money laundering, content management, and rights of publicity.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of this webinar.
