AGG Affordable Housing partner Althea Broughton will speak at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.

Althea will participate in the panel discussion, “Tax Liability and Transactional Planning,” where she will examine key ownership and governance structures used in affordable housing and community development transactions.

The session will also address topics including LLC versus LP structures, formation of special purpose entities (“SPEs”), tax considerations involving 168(h) elections and pass-through elections, structuring grant financing, and capital formation and investor preferences.
