AGG Affordable Housing Partners to Speak at Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition 2026 Annual Conference

On March 5, 2026, AGG’s Affordable Housing team will attend at the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition (“GAHC”) 29th Annual Conference and Trade Show in Savannah, Georgia.

AGG partners will speak during the following sessions:

9:15 a.m. | Technical Updates
Speaker: Damian Hovancik, AGG Corporate & Finance partner and member of the Affordable Housing team

2:30 p.m. | Changes in HUD Landscape
Speaker: Orlando Cabrera, AGG Real Estate partner and Affordable Housing team co-chair

3:55 p.m. | Navigating Uncertain Markets
Speaker: Althea Broughton, AGG Real Estate partner and member of the Affordable Housing team

Jeff Adams, AGG Real Estate partner and Affordable Housing team co-chair, will also  introduce two keynote speakers throughout the day.

In addition to the speaking engagements, AGG will host an exhibit booth during the March 5 trade show from 5-7 p.m. Attendees are invited to visit booth #25 to connect with Orlando Cabrera and Nick Tsimortos, and enter a wine drawing. There will be two opportunities to win.

The GAHC Annual Conference brings together more than 600 affordable housing professionals to discuss development trends, construction challenges, tax credit updates, and management best practices.
