Nikita R. Kulkarni

Nikita is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Nikita focuses her practice on advising corporate and institutional clients on complex business disputes, government investigations, and securities litigation.

Nikita is experienced in litigating matters related to fraud, the False Claims Act (“FCA”), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act, and other financial crimes. Her work includes conducting internal investigations involving multinational operations, preparing responses to government inquiries, and advising on cross-border compliance and enforcement matters. She also regularly advised higher education institutions on Title IX and Title VI compliance, prepared investigative reports, and helped draft campus policies addressing housing, intellectual property, and regulatory risks.

Before joining AGG, Nikita gained valuable litigation experience at global law firms and clerked in the chambers of the Honorable Karen K. Specie in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.

During law school, Nikita conducted investigations and submitted legislative reports as a student attorney for Northwestern Law’s Center for International Human Rights for projects in Botswana and at the U.S.-Mexico border. She also completed an internship with an Argentinian law firm, bringing a global perspective to her practice.
