Biography
Lucy is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.
Lucy focuses her practice on representing private and public companies and private equity sponsors in a wide array of matters, ranging from navigating mergers and acquisitions to facilitating joint ventures and minority investments. She also offers strategic counsel on corporate reorganizations, shareholder activism, takeover defense, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining AGG, Lucy practiced at a global law firm, advising a number of public and private companies in various corporate transactions and corporate governance matters. While earning her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she served as a notes and comments editor for the Indiana Law Journal and was a member of the Nonprofit Legal Clinic.
