Biography
Jordana is of counsel in the Real Estate practice and a member of the Affordable Housing industry team.
Jordana represents developers in complex real estate transactions financed through federal and state tax credit programs. She has significant experience guiding clients through the acquisition, development, and financing of affordable housing projects utilizing the low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”), often in combination with tax-exempt bonds, historic rehabilitation tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, and other federal and state government subsidies.
Before joining AGG, Jordana represented investors, syndicators, developers, and lenders in LIHTC, new markets tax credit, and renewable energy tax credit transactions throughout the country. Clients value Jordana’s ability to anticipate issues, streamline transactions, and provide practical, business-minded advice that keeps projects moving forward.
