Biography
Eunice Lim is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice and a member of the Economic Development & Public Finance industry team.
Eunice focuses her practice on public finance transactions, advising clients through such transactions as issuer’s counsel, bond counsel, and company counsel in industries including higher education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and local government. She also represents private and public companies in matters concerning mergers and acquisitions, and helps guide buyers and sellers of technology through the process of development, commercialization, procurement, and deployment of technology.
While earning her Juris Doctor at Vanderbilt University Law School, Eunice actively contributed to pro bono matters, including through the Community Enterprise Clinic, Kentucky Pro Bono Project, and Rural Tennessee Broadband Pro Bono Project, and was recognized for accumulating the most pro bono hours among the 2L class.
