Biography

Eunice Lim is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.

Eunice focuses her practice on representing private and public companies, as well as hospital systems, in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate governance, among other matters.

While earning her Juris Doctor at Vanderbilt University Law School, Eunice actively contributed to pro bono matters, including through the Community Enterprise Clinic, Kentucky Pro Bono Project, and Rural Tennessee Broadband Pro Bono Project, and was recognized for accumulating the most pro bono hours in her class as a 2L.
