Greg is a partner and serves as practice leader of the Tax practice. Best Lawyers named Greg “2011 Lawyer of the Year” for tax law in Atlanta.

Greg focuses his practice on representing clients in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and working extensively in almost all aspects of domestic corporate, partnership and corporation taxation, as well as the taxation of specialized entities such as real estate investment trusts. His practice also includes advising on nonqualified executive compensation and other benefits for both public and private companies. In addition, Greg works extensively with foreign investors in the United States, particularly investments in U.S. real estate, and advises clients regarding out-bound investments and cross-border acquisitions.
