Biography
Bri is of counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property practice groups. She focuses her litigation practice on representing clients in disputes before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, federal courts, and arbitration panels. Bri also prosecutes and maintains high-profile domestic and international trademark portfolios.
Bri handles a broad range of litigation, including intellectual property, commercial, and cybersecurity disputes, and has secured favorable outcomes in high-stakes trademark, general commercial, and data privacy cases.
Bri has represented professional sports leagues in complex matters involving data privacy and cybersecurity incident response. Her experience includes successfully defending claims related to the Video Privacy Protection Act. Bri has also represented a global advisory firm in a trademark infringement, dilution, unfair competition, and cybersquatting case, securing a favorable settlement that mitigated consumer confusion. She also has experience in the energy and logistics sectors, where she has counseled clients through jury trials, cybersecurity breaches, and online fraud schemes, offering strategic guidance on risk mitigation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Bri advises clients on the development of policies related to the use of artificial intelligence and other platforms that leverage machine learning and predictive analytics.
An active member of the International Trademark Association and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E), Bri’s ability to navigate IP disputes, courtroom challenges, and digital threats makes her a trusted advisor to clients across industries.
