Biography

Ari is an associate in the Real Estate practice and a member of the Affordable Housing team.

Ari focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, ownership, development and sale of apartment projects, mixed-use projects, and other commercial properties. Specifically, he is experienced in counseling institutional and developer clients through structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, New Markets tax credits, and energy credits.

Additionally, Ari advises clients on the purchase and sale of apartment projects, including general partner interests, and large portfolios subsidized by various housing agencies, including USDA Rural Development, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and state tax credit agencies.
