Three AGG Attorneys Recognized in 2024 Who’s Who Legal Reports

Atlanta, May 13, 2024 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) is pleased to announce that AGG partners Glenn P. Hendrix, Alan G. Minsk, and Teri A. Simmons have been recognized as leading lawyers by Who’s Who Legal (WWL) 2024.

Glenn, AGG chair emeritus and co-chair of the firm’s International Initiative, is recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2024. The report identifies attorneys recommended for their skill and proficiency in resolving complex international disputes. From the very beginning of his career, Glenn has also handled a range of cross-border business disputes, including international arbitration proceedings and related litigation, such as actions for emergency relief, proceedings to enforce arbitral agreements and awards, and petitions for evidence under 28 U.S.C. § 1782. He has served as an arbitrator or counsel in cases administered by the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, and a number of other institutions.

Alan, AGG Food & Drug practice and Life Sciences industry team co-chair, is recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Life Sciences 2024, which provides a comprehensive analysis of the leading lawyers around the world currently handling sophisticated patent litigation and product liability proceedings, as well as regulatory and transactional matters, for high-profile clients across the sector. Alan focuses his practice on advising pharmaceutical, biologic, medical device, cosmetic, and food (including dietary supplements and medical foods) companies on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Teri, director of AGG’s International/Immigration practice, is recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration 2024. Those recognized in this report are highlighted for their exceptional work advising domestic and international clients on a range of matters including visa applications, corporate immigration strategy, employee transfers, naturalization of skilled workers and regulatory matters. Teri counsels individuals and foreign-owned businesses as they invest in operations across the United States. Her practice is multifaceted, encompassing immigration, corporate, compliance, and employment law as she works with clients to manage the legal aspects of their foreign direct investment.
