Jonathan Eady and Althea Broughton Named to Atlanta Magazine’s 2022 Atlanta 500

Atlanta, January 24, 2022 – Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) is pleased to announce that Jonathan E. Eady and Althea J.K. Broughton are named in Atlanta magazine’s annual Atlanta 500 issue recognizing the most influential Atlantans.

To select this year’s Atlanta 500, Atlanta magazine’s editors consulted experts across different sectors while also taking into consideration nominations from the public.

“What makes this list of corporate, non-profit, civic, entrepreneurial, religious, and creative leaders the cream of the crop is more than their titles or stations at the top of their organizations,” said guest editor Katrice L. Mines in the Editor’s Letter of this year’s issue. “It’s the thoughtful way they have gone about considering their work and the work of their companies — people first. Jonathan Eady, who has been named to the list for the third time, is AGG’s managing partner and a partner in the Real Estate practice. He counsels business and real estate clients in matters related to financing, development, investment, acquisition, and operational matters. One of his notable achievements includes developing the legal and financial model that helped transform the face of public housing revitalization in Atlanta and across the U.S. Jonathan has also been honored by The Best Lawyers in America^® and is a Lawdragon Leading Lawyer.

Althea Broughton, named to the list for the second time, is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She represents developers, government agencies, and tax credit investors in affordable housing and mixed-income development transactions, mixed-use and urban redevelopment transactions, transactions involving the issue of public-private partnerships, and conventional real estate transactions. An Atlanta native, she has created or preserved tens of thousands of units of affordable housing and is a member of several boards throughout the community. Althea is selected as a Heroes for HOPE honoree, named a Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, honored by The Best Lawyers in America^®, and is listed in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Women Who Mean Business.
