Evictions Almost Certain for Dozens of AIDS/HIV Patients in City feud

Orlando Cabrera was quoted in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on July 12, 2019 in an article about the federally funded Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program and people with AIDS or HIV who may be evicted from housing in Atlanta.
