Anuj Desai and Avery Carter Appointed to 2026-2027 International Trademark Association Designs Committee

AGG Intellectual Property and Trademarks attorneys Anuj Desai and Avery Carter have been appointed to the International Trademark Association’s (“INTA”) Designs Committee for the 2026-2027 term.

The Designs Committee develops and advocates policy related to design rights, monitoring cases, legislation, and regulations worldwide. Anuj and Avery will serve from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, working alongside peers to contribute to reports and submissions, engage with government officials and organizations, and raise awareness of design-related issues while informing best practices in global intellectual property law.
