AGG Receives Recognition on 2024 Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards Shortlist

Atlanta, February 12, 2024 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) is pleased to announce the firm has been recognized on the 2024 Northern Ireland Dealmakers Awards shortlist in the Deal of the Year (above £10m) category for its work on the acquisition of Spatialest by Schneider Geospatial. Spatialest provides assessor-focused GIS-based SaaS solutions, addressing appraisal modeling, comparable sales, appeals management, and related data-centric applications in 16 U.S. states. AGG served as U.S. counsel for Spatialest.

The awards recognize the best-performing professional advisory firms that worked on transactions involving Northern Ireland businesses during the qualifying period. The winners will be announced during a gala on March 7, 2024, at the Europa Hotel in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
