Suzanne Tucker Plybon Spoke at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel 2022 Southeast Regional Meeting

On September 11, 2022, AGG Private Wealth partner Suzanne Tucker Plybon spoke at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”) 2022 Southeast Regional Meeting on “Family Matters: Navigating Ethical Complexities in Family Representations.” Suzanne also serves as a Fellow of ACTEC.

ACTEC is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates. Lawyers and law professors are elected to be Fellows based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching, and participating in bar activities.

This year’s Southeast Regional Meeting was held from September 8-11, 2022, in Richmond, Virginia.
