On December 1, 2022, AGG Real Estate partner and co-chair of the Affordable Housing industry team, Orlando Cabrera, will join a panel at the Novogradac 2022 Tax Credit Housing Finance Conference to present the “Washington Report” from 9:10-10:45 a.m. PST.

The panelists will discuss the chances of 2022 tax extender legislation and whether it may contain affordable housing provisions. They will also address how the recent midterm elections will shape affordable housing and regulations in the coming years, including who will hold key roles in the next session of Congress.
