Orlando Cabrera Speaking at Novogradac 2022 Affordable Housing Developers Conference

AGG Real Estate partner and co-chair of the Affordable Housing industry team, Orlando Cabrera, will speak during two sessions at the Novogradac 2022 Affordable Housing Developers Conference.

On January 11, 2022, from 12-4 p.m. EST, Orlando will join a panel of speakers presenting the “Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Basics Workshop.” The preconference workshop will explain the roles, types of tax credits, ownership structures, development timelines, ways to avoid recapture, and more.

On January 13, 2022, from 12:15-1:15 p.m. EST, Orlando will also present “the Washington Report.” The panel will speak on what to expect out of Washington, D.C. during a midterm election year, next steps after the Build Back Better Act, and what Congress might do to address the affordable housing crisis.

The program will be held from January 13-14, with preconference workshops on January 11-12.
