Mindy Planer and Phil Skinner to Speak at 15th Annual IBA Real Estate Investments Conference

AGG Real Estate partners Mindy Planer and Phil Skinner will serve as featured speakers at the 15th Annual International Bar Association (“IBA”) Real Estate Investments Conference on June 5, 2025, in London, England.

Mindy will participate in the panel discussion, “Social. Social. Social. How Investments in Social Impact Can Contribute Positively to the ‘S’ in ESG.” The session will explore how architecture, urban planning, and real estate investment can be integrated to promote positive social outcomes and drive meaningful community change. Mindy will offer a comprehensive overview of the role of social impact, highlighting the Melody, the first project in Atlanta’s Rapid Housing Initiative.

Phil will lead a roundtable session titled “Change in U.S. Government: Impact on the Real Estate Industry” as part of the “Trends and Hot Topics in Real Estate” series. This interactive session will feature global perspectives on recent developments and emerging trends affecting real estate markets.

The IBA Conference, held June 4-6, 2025, brings together legal and industry leaders from around the world to examine key issues and innovations shaping real estate investment today.
