Meghan Gordon to Speak on Land Use Issues at 2024 ABA SLG Spring CLE Conference

AGG Real Estate associate Meghan Gordon will speak at the 2024 American Bar Association State and Local Government Law Section Spring CLE Conference on May 3, 2024, in White Plains, New York.

Meghan will serve on a panel titled “Zoning and Leasing: Land Use Issues in Leases and for Lessors,” which will explain land use representations and warranties in leases, workarounds for private use restrictions, and common land use issues that arise in lease litigation.

The full program will be held from May 2-3, 2024, at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and on May 4, 2024, at Dentons US LLP in New York, New York. Attendees will learn from distinguished panelists as they speak on hot topics in finance, affordable housing, and climate change.
