Marissa Coleman to Discuss 360 Peachtree at Atlanta WAHN’s Spring Luncheon

AGG Real Estate partner and member of the Affordable Housing team, Marissa Coleman, will speak at the Atlanta Women’s Affordable Housing Network (“WAHN”) Spring Luncheon on April 27, 2023, at 12 p.m., at the Atlanta BeltLine’s office. The session will focus on affordable housing on church-owned property, which continues to be a topic of interest throughout the region due to land scarcity and the need for housing.

Marissa, who represents Atlanta First United Methodist Church, will join Rev. Jasmine Smothers, First United Methodist Church; David Block, Evergreen Real Estate Group; Patricia Luna, LISC Atlanta; and Ashley Rivera, Neighborhood Revitalization Invest Atlanta, to discuss 360 Peachtree.

360 Peachtree, where Atlanta First United Methodist Church has been located for more than a century, is a project that will include a 16-story building with 170 apartments, most of which are reserved as affordable or workforce housing. The project carries two goals: to capitalize on a surging intown real estate market and to answer the call for more affordable housing.
