Theresa’s session, “Reputational Risk: What the ‘Fair Banking’ Executive Order and the Legacy of Operation Choke Point Mean for the Industry,” will explore the 2025 executive order addressing “reputation-based debanking” and its connection to the legacy of Operation Choke Point, highlighting how financial institutions must recalibrate risk frameworks.
