Althea Broughton to Speak at 2024 Alpha Real Estate Development & Finance National Summit

Althea Broughton, AGG Real Estate partner and member of the Affordable Housing industry team, will speak at the Alpha Real Estate Development & Finance National Summit on January 19, 2024, at Aloft Nashville West End in Nashville, Tennessee.

Althea will participate as a panelist during the session, “Affordable Housing and Development and Financing – Rental.”

The Summit will be held from January 18-20, 2024. Attendees will learn from industry professionals on the fundamentals of real estate development and finance and engage in knowledge-sharing on emerging trends. The overarching goal of the Summit is to enhance the capacity of people of color to rebuild their communities and advance their business interests.
