Biography

Tyler is an associate in the Corporate & Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practices and a member of the Healthcare Private Equity industry team.

Tyler focuses his practice on representing both private and public companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, joint ventures, commercial agreements, finance, corporate governance, and other matters. Tyler has represented both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions and a variety of clients across a broad range of industries, including commercial and industrial services, transportation, trucking and logistics, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, restaurants, and construction, among others.

Tyler graduated with honors from the University of Florida, receiving both a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He also graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law.
