Stephanie C. Schorsch

Stephanie is an associate in the Real Estate practice.

Stephanie focuses her practice on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate assets and financing. She also represents both buy- and sell-side parties in syndicated credit facilities secured by multiple classes of commercial real estate, including multifamily residential buildings, industrial developers, assisted living, and storage facilities.

While earning her J.D. at Emory University School of Law, Stephanie served as a managing partner of the Peachtree Minority Venture Fund at Emory’s Goizueta School of Business.
