Lena M. Hirsch

Lena is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.

Lena focuses her practice on representing private and public companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and entity selection and formation, amongst other matters.

Lena graduated from the University of Georgia as a member of the honors college with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a certificate in Legal Studies. Lena received a Juris Doctor from Duke Law School as a Dean’s Scholar and Schwarzman Entertainment Law Fellow.
