Biography
Lara is an associate in the Real Estate practice.
Lara focuses her practice on general real estate law, including the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of commercial real estate. She is also experienced in handling corporate and business law matters.
While earning her J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Lara served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and as a notes and comments editor for The Florida Law Review Journal. Additionally, she received book awards in recognition of her academic excellence in Legal Research, Legal Writing I and II, Mergers & Acquisitions, Negotiations, and Torts.
Prior to attending law school, Lara enjoyed a successful career working in enterprise technology sales for a Fortune 500 company, analyzing and negotiating software as a service agreements to advocate for clients’ needs.
