Biography
Elizabeth is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice.
While earning her J.D. at Duke University School of Law, Elizabeth served as a summer associate at AGG and completed a law clerk position in the Special Litigation Section of the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. She was actively engaged in her law school community as the executive director of the Duke Law Innocence Project.
Elizabeth also participated in the Business Law Society, connecting students with legal professionals in the business sector.
Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with the highest distinction.
Dedicated to uplifting her local communities, Elizabeth served as a guardian ad litem for Durham County, as well as the volunteer and community education coordinator for Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Assault, where she provided survivors with crisis counseling and assisted in filing orders of protection. She also led education workshops on preventing domestic violence and sexual assault.
