Allison J. Beachy

Allison is an associate in the Private Wealth practice and Tax-Exempt & Charitable Organizations industry team.

Allison focuses her practice on sophisticated wealth transfer planning for high net worth individuals and families. She assists clients with estate planning, tax-efficient wealth preservation strategies, and multigenerational wealth transfer, helping families protect and transition assets in ways that align with both their long-term financial goals and family legacy objectives. Allison previously served as an international tax associate for one of the world’s largest accounting firms, advising clients on cross-border transactions and restructurings.

In addition to traditional private wealth planning, Allison works with clients in the sports, entertainment, and corporate sectors, where complex asset structures, evolving tax considerations, and multigenerational planning needs often intersect. She helps successful individuals and families in navigating the legal and tax implications that accompany rapid wealth creation, business growth, and generational transitions.

Allison earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where she was recognized as a Merit Scholar. She later received an LL.M. in Taxation with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was also named a Tax Program Merit Scholar.
