The Electronic Transaction Association Selects Arnall Golden Gregory Partner Theresa Kananen for 40 Under 40 Recognition

ATLANTA – ETA, the Electronic Transaction Association, has selected Arnall Golden Gregory partner Theresa Kananen for its inaugural 40 Under 40 group of industry leaders. Ms. Kananen is the only lawyer in the group.

She and the other honorees were selected based on their impact on the industry and their professional character. ETA is the leading trade association for the payments industry, representing more than 500 companies worldwide involved in electronic transaction processing.

“Each one possesses a unique skillset, allowing them to identify and shape key segments of the payments ecosystem,” Jason Oxman, CEO of ETA, said in a statement. “The caliber and impact of their work is exceptional and demonstrates their commitment to the industry.”

Ms. Kananen is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory’s Litigation and Employment practices, and serves as co-chair of the Payment Systems Industry Team.

The Forty Under 40 honorees will be featured in Transaction Trends magazine and recognized during the Visa President’s Dinner & Star Awards Gala at the TRANSACT event for payment industry professionals, April 17-19 in Las Vegas.
