David Marmins Featured in ICSC Government Relations Chair Spotlight

David Marmins, AGG Real Estate Litigation leader co-chair, was featured in the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”) government relations chair spotlight in the organization’s GPP E‑News for Government Relations Chairs and Consultants.

In the interview, David reflects on his decade‑long involvement with ICSC and his role as Georgia’s Government Relations chair. Drawing on his experience as a litigator focused on retail real estate disputes, he explains how ICSC has become a critical forum for understanding the legal and policy challenges facing retail owners, developers, and operators.
